Travel Day

03.30 Alarm clock rings - the plane to Amsterdam leaves at 6.00am and the flight to Nairobi is 10.10. Everything went well and the flight was nice. But at the AirPort in Nairobi I got confused and the bus tock me to International Arrivals but I had to go back to the bus again to find the transfer area. It was a bit confusing but I finally managed to check in and find my gate! It was scheduled at 22.10 but left 23.00. ( its 2 hours before here) A Long days flight to sleep! A man was waiting for me at the AirPort and tok me the 35 km ride to the house in Kampala. Thunderstorm, with huge lightnings was spectacular and the drivning in the dark was a bit scary, because it was really dark. Some rain was falling and soon I could put my head on a pillow! Good to be back in Africa!
